All tournament bookings are required to have a minimum of twenty (20) people. A deposit of $10.00 per person is required at time of booking to confirm your date.
Rental power carts, pull carts and golf clubs are available for rent on a first come first served basis. Whitemud Creek also has separate tournament banquet facilities available. (Facilities must be reserved). If you are interested in booking a tournament or would like additional information, please contact Jo-Ann Ruff at the Pro Shop @ 988-6800 or by fax @ 988-8665.

• Please note that non-golfers may join your event for the dinner only & the rates would be as above for the meals only. All tournament meals are based on a 20-person minimum.
* 18 hole tournaments, your second 9 will start 3 hours after your first tee times.
This 3-hour window will ensure that you will be able to make your tee times for the second nine .

Reservations:
• $10.00 per person deposit. No tournament will be considered confirmed without deposit.
• Contract must be accepted & signed by the tournament organizer.
• Tournaments canceled 7 days prior to tournament date receive a full refund.
• All tournaments must give a Visa or Master Card Number to reserve their date chosen.
Confirmations:
• Final participation numbers are required 7 days prior to the event. You will be charged for final confirmed number of participants.
• Once we have received your final number of participants, a tournament Confirmation and Estimate of Account form will be faxed to your office.
Obligations:
• No outside Food & Beverage may be brought onto Golf Club property.
• Tee-times are 7 1/2 minutes apart, and run consecutively from the tournament start time. Participants should show up one half hour prior to their designated tee time.
• The event organizer is responsible for the collection of all moneys from participants.
• We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa and MasterCard.
• Payment will be processed at the Pro Shop.
• At the end of the tournament a detailed statement of account will be presented to you. Any remaining balance on the account is due upon receipt of this statement.
Considerations:
• Events are booked with the express understanding that the Whitemud Creek Golf & RV Resort, its staff & proprietors will accept no responsibility nor assume any liability for accidents or damage from whatever cause including balls driven on or off the company's property.
• Tournaments or functions are booked with the expressed understanding that the organizer of said tournament or function is liable for the conduct of all participants.
• Coupons, passes or other promotional specials are not valid the day of the tournament.
• Published prices are subject to change without notice.
• It is recommended that all tournaments play from the red and white tees.
• An acceptable time frame, for nine holes of golf, is two hours and thirty minutes. Golfers must be aware that if they are not able to play at the expected pace or if there is an open hole ahead, they will be asked to pick up the pace and be moved ahead.
• All golfers should be directed to play a maximum of six strokes on the fairway then pick up the ball and drop it on the green. A maximum of four putts will be taken for a possible score of ten on any hole.
• Each golfer must have his / her own golf bag & clubs. No sharing permitted.
• No walk-ons, caddies or touring in golf carts allowed during tournaments.
Cancellations:
• We require 7 days notice of any event cancellation.
• Events may down size from the original contract, without penalty, provided notice is received 7 days prior to the event date.
• Events cancelled less then 7days prior to that tournament date will forfeit any monies that have been received.
• Decisions regarding delays or cancellations due to severe weather condition will be made between Club Management and Tournament organizers on the day of the Event at the Golf Course.
Cooperation:
• Please advise tournament participants of ‘Play Ready' golf tips and course Dress Etiquette.
• Please discuss any special requirements with the Event Coordinator at least 1 week prior to your tournament.
• Event inquires should be directed through the Pro Shop at 988-6800.
