AS OF JULY 1, 2007 PAYMENT FOR ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.  LONG WEEKEND RESERVATIONS WILL BE A 3 DAY MINIMUM.  YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOU RESERVATION, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A DAY.
